What does FlowEdge AI do?
We build AI receptionists, workflow automation and websites for service businesses. We start with the task that is causing the most friction.
Can an AI receptionist book appointments?
A receptionist can connect to a supported calendar and follow an agreed booking flow. We confirm the integration and rules before launch.
Do I need to replace my existing software?
We aim to work with your current tools. Available APIs, access permissions and the quality of the data determine what can be connected.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the product and scope. Receptionist plans start at £99 per month. A one-off setup fee is mandatory (Starter: £300). Additional minutes are invoiced in arrears.
Can we work in English and Polish?
Yes. We can discuss your project in either language. A second language for a receptionist is a separate add-on with a shared minute allowance.
Is there a free trial?
The receptionist has no free trial. The first consultation is free. Check the product terms for the conditions of any money-back guarantee.
How long does implementation take?
We agree a schedule after reviewing your scope, integrations and readiness. A small workflow and a complete platform have different requirements.
